How to Build Trust in Your Intuition

Will you Trust yourself? Will you trust your knowing?  That is our question to you this week.

You have been raised with the mind, logic and intellect. You have given them the position of power in your life. You look to thoughts and thinking mind to help plot the path that you walk.  It has gotten you far. It has gotten you to the spot in which you stand. It has brought you to this awakened state.  So, celebration is first needed; a congratulations of how far you have come.

Now, as you continue to open, continue to ascend in consciousness you are being asked to balance the thoughts of the mind, the figuring it out with the intuitive guidance of your inner knowing. The little whisper of a voice that you hear, that so many of you are nurturing.

Sometimes this voice, the guidance so fleeting in the thought, the image, the gut feeling that it is often overlooked, or discarded.  But you are all becoming more aware of this voice, the gut feelings, the messages from your higher self and Soul, and so the question and the invitation is, will you trust it? Will you allow yourself to trust and to listen and act then from it?

This is not always so simple and so we provide some guidance to you. 

In first your desire to hear the whispers of your heart, your Soul, you become clear on the guidance.  And so, you have to build the trust with yourself.  You hear it, you acknowledge it and determine if there is an action to take. If yes, decide if on this occasion will you act upon it. If yes, then afterwards determine how it went. Was the guidance beneficial? If you are hearing and acting upon the wisdom of your Soul, it will benefit you. Be open to all the ways it is supporting you – in ways you would definitely desire and in those ways that you see but may not prefer. All are helpful.

Start small dear ones. Start with the little inclinations, the small actions. Perhaps deciding to go somewhere new, taking a new route, calling someone you think of, reading a book that you keep seeing, stepping out of your comfort zone with others. If you start with the small intuitions and you see that they were supportive in your following them, that they took you to a next step, then you build the trust. And over time, the voice will be clearer, stronger and you will know and trust the guidance provided.

Always, always, always use discernment dear ones.  Don’t blindly follow the advice of anyone.  You have free choice and will for a reason. However, as you build and nurture the relationship with yourself you are only loved and guided with gentle hand.  Learn the feeling of your Divine Presence. Learn how it presents to you. If you are not clear, ask to be shown in a way that you will know and work with that.

To trust yourself, to trust who you are and know that you are your own best guidance system, your life is transformed. You build with power, beauty and love and that benefits all.

We wish you great success should you choose to work on building the trust with yourselves. It can always be strengthened, and this is a tool, a skill that will not forsake you.  We encourage you to build this trust with yourself and your knowing. It will benefit you greatly in the days to come.
